The sunny smack of yellow mustard, cider vinegar, and a perfect balance of sweet and heat create a tangy, addictive marinade for chicken and chops, and a delicious sauce for just about anything - especially smoked pork.
Instructions for Use:
Generously coat meat with Major Mustard and marinate for at least an hour (or up to 24 hours) in the refrigerator. Allow meat to come to room temperature before grilling over indirect heat.
Brush meats with Major Mustard during the last 5-10 minutes of grilling over direct heat, flipping as needed for even browning. Serve with additional sauce on the side.
Prepared mustard (water, mustard flour, white vinegar, salt, turmeric powder, paprika, garlic powder), sugar, white vinegar, water, tomato paste, apple vinegar, salt, mustard flour, spices (rosemary flakes, onion powder, garlic powder, parsley flakes), xanthan gum, citric acid, cayenne pepper mash, artificial flavor (chicken).
