Crunchy Chicken Bacon Ranch Sandwich
We firmly believe that sandwiches deserve as much attention to detail and–let’s just say it, love–as any meal. Exhibit A: Our Crunchy Ranch Crispy Coating mix is the muse for this highly craveable gem. Hot, crunchy chicken thighs join sliced provolone, bacon, an herby Dilly Mayo (made with Potato Slayer seasoning), and crisp romaine lettuce. Feel free to change up the accompaniments (e.g. different cheeses, mustard, or pickles would be welcome here). No matter how your sammy stacks up, your stomach will thank you.

I can’t wait to try this, I have company coming in from Virginia, and this would be a great afternoon dinner with Euro fries and salad for us women, so what is a good dessert to have with this?

Sounds like the perfect afternoon! So, as far as dessert, we don’t think there has ever been a bad dessert, so do what you love. A berry sorbet with fresh fruit would be nice and light and be a great balance against the flavors in the sandwich. Or you could go crazy and make a chocolate cake!
