A puckery blend of ketchup, two vinegars, brown sugar, and a touch of black pepper create a tangy and tasty blend for chicken, ribs, smoked pork shoulder, and burgers.
Instructions for Use:
Generously coat meat with Fire & Smoke Original BBQ Sauce and marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes or in the refrigerator up to 8 hours in advance (allow meat to come to room temperature before cooking).
Brush meats with Fire & Smoke Original BBQ Sauce during the last 5-10 minutes of grilling over direct heat, flipping as needed for even browning. Serve with additional sauce on the side.
